The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG Answer Key 2026 for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) conducted on 03 May 2026. Candidates who appeared in the medical entrance examination can now check the provisional answer key for all test booklet codes including 11, 12, 13, and 14 through the official website.
The answer key has been released in provisional mode, allowing students to estimate their expected scores before the declaration of the NEET UG Result 2026. NTA has also informed candidates that the OMR response sheet and objection/challenge window will be activated separately.

As per the official public notice released on 06 May 2026, NTA confirmed that the provisional answer keys for all question paper series have been uploaded on the official NEET website.
The notice clearly states:
NEET UG 2026 was conducted successfully across India and abroad.
Provisional Answer Keys are now available online.
Candidates will be allowed to challenge the answer keys after the scanned OMR answer sheets are uploaded.
Separate notification regarding objection dates and fees will be issued later.

Each booklet contains official answers for all 180 questions asked in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
NTA will soon activate the objection/challenge facility. Candidates who find discrepancies in any answer can submit objections online by paying the required fee per question.
