Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Varies by post. Minimum Essential Qualification includes: Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management; Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture /Agriculture / Floriculture & Landscaping; Trade Certificate (or Equivalent) as Diver from Indian Navy or Certified Diver from PADI.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
- Experience Required: Varies by post. Minimum 7 years in Service Industry (for Head Catering, Housekeeping, Concierge, Horticulture) or minimum 1 year in Conducting/Instructing HUET Training (for Head Training & Diving).
- Physical Standards: For Head (Training & Diving): Valid Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate and Diving Medical Certificate from an ONGC-approved or IMCA-listed physician.
- Language Proficiency: Good verbal communication skills in English preferred for some posts.
- Domicile: Indian nationals only.
- • Qualifications mentioned are sacrosanct, no equivalent qualification will be accepted.
- • Where CGPA/OGPA/CPI/DGPA is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated in the online application with a certificate from University/Institute.
- • Medical certificates for Head (Training & Diving) must be from ONGC-approved or IMCA-listed Physicians.
- • All Professional Diving Certificates for Head (Training & Diving) must be valid and maintained throughout engagement period.
- • Star ratings of hotels/resorts must be certified by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
- • For Head (Training & Diving) before joining: Valid Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) certification, Certified Basic lifeguard course, Certified Basic first aid course.

Exam Pattern
Shortlisting is done at a ratio of 1:20 (candidates to post). Priority given to candidates with experience in higher star-rated hotels/resorts (for Head Catering, Housekeeping, Concierge) or Indian Navy Diver certificate (for Head Training & Diving). Further shortlisting based on weightage of Qualification (40 marks) and Experience (60 marks). Final selection based on Qualification (30 marks), Experience (40 marks), and Personal Interview (30 marks). Minimum 18 marks required in Interview.
Interview Details
Minimum Qualifying marks for Interview: 18. Candidates will be informed about the interview with details of date, time, and venue through email. Interviews can be physical or online.
