UPSC CAPF AC 2025 Final Result

New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2025 on 7th August 2026. A total of 350 candidates have been recommended for appointment as Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).

Examination Overview

The written examination for UPSC CAPF AC 2025 was conducted on 3rd August 2025, followed by the Personality Test (Interview) held from 4th May 2026 to 29th May 2026. The final merit list has now been prepared based on the combined performance of both stages.

Important Notes for Candidates

  • The candidature of 126 recommended candidates has been kept provisional.
  • The result of 01 candidate has been withheld.
  • The final selection/appointment is subject to the outcome of pending writ petitions related to the examination in various High Courts across the country.
  • Claims regarding reservation status (EWS/OBC/SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen) are subject to verification by the concerned appointing authorities.
  • Allotment to various services (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB) will be made based on merit-cum-preference of the candidates.
  • The marks of candidates are likely to be available on the UPSC website within 15 days from the date of declaration of the result.
