- Perform metabolite extraction and sample preparation from diverse biological matrices (tissues, serum, plasma, urine, cultured cells).
- Conduct data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and reporting of metabolomics and mass spectrometry datasets.
- Carry out data analyses for stable-isotope based results (stable isotopes of hydrogen and/or carbon).
- Develop expertise in mass spectrometry software platforms and metabolomics databases.
